Banner Design - To go top of /in front of a market stall

The banner to be designed with the words “ Tornado Potato ”.
My product is called Tornado Potato. It is a spiral-cut potato that's skewered and deep-fried. See image attached.
The product is going to be sold at a Chinese night market. This market is filled with tourists as well as Asians. I would like the design to have a Chinese look and feel and communicate fun and exicting nature of the product. I would love to see a cartoon character on the banner (see attached image as a refference).
The colours which I would prefer to see are yellow, black, silver and red. But I am open to your direction as you are the expert.
Please send me a picture sample of what you came up with, it doesn’t have to be your final but a draft is a good start. Based on that draft, I will select the artist/design I would like to go with.
Also, I will be needing labels and signage work done in the future, therefore the winner will be getting repeat business from me.

P.S. I have attached two files to explain the product and cartoon type character. Please keep in mind that the product is being sold at a Chinese night market stall filled with Tourists. Please make the design fun and exicting.
