Create a sales video demo. The video demo should be approximately two (2) minutes long. We sell web-based software online to small businesses. We are planning a series of online sales videos for our company. Media, Quality & Content: The majority of our clients will use a PC or Mac to view the demo. Primary audience is in the United States and Canada with some international sales. The demo must download fast and be optimized for website deployment. We are interested in a YouTube format. Include your initial recommendation on format as a PM Private Message with your bid. Project includes creative refinement of our draft script. Winning bidder will create a story board sketch based on the script. Bidder will include our application software screen shots and utilize zoom, panning, and highlighting effects to clarify features and benefits. The video will include professional audio narration to guide the viewer. The demo will clearly present our solution’s business value and reinforce our brand. The video will engage prospective buyers and encourage decision makers to take action. Goal of the video is to increase sales leads and total monthly sales. Design feel for the video should be professional and modern. We do not want cute or cartoonish. The images and audio will be of professional quality. The demo will not try to train or show how to use the application. What is required: • Review our website (web links will be provided to winning bidder) • Present storyboard script sketch (A draft script will be provided to the winner bidder) • Include our software application screen shots and create professional images • Present beta video for approval (1st Milestone Pymt. 25%) • Present voice-over talent samples for approval • Create voice-over and present final video for approval (2nd Milestone Pymt. 25%) • Deliver original source project files (Final Milestone Pymt. 50%) All copyrights will be delivered to our company including: a) the original source project files. The minimum quality video display resolution for the original source project file should be 480p but we would prefer 720p; b) provide clear identification of all project file software used; c) proof of payment and usage rights for stock images, art, audio, video, etc. Only bid if you have professional design experience.
