Google analytics and adwords projects

I have a website from which I sell a couple of self designed proprietary software programs. I use a third party shopping cart to handle the sales. I offer a 30 day free trial of the software products and many people purchase the programs after trying the software for a while. Some purchase before trying them. I use a combination of SEM (adwords, bing and Capterra) and SEO to get the site in front of potential purchasers. What I want to know is who is coming to the site and how they are getting there. Are they downloading then disappearing or coming back later and purchasing? Are they purchasing before downloading? To do this I need some goals – downloads – set up and some conversions set up. And to get all the parts talking to each other correctly. I have the following accounts setup already but may not be correctly setup to do what needs doing. Google: • Tag Manager • AdWords • Analytics • Search console • Merchant Account • YouTube Bing Capterra Unbounce Landing Pages The problem is that I cannot make the goals and conversions work. Plus the Google products have gotten so complex that it is easy to get lost in the minutae. So, what I need is for someone to make it all work together and output the data I want. Review and make sure the google products all work smoothly together. Not change any ads or bids, but to make sure merchant account is properly functioning with adwords and analytics, etc. If you bid on this job you must put the word “shins” in your comments.
