Hi, I'm Rohan and I'm ideally suited for this job for several reasons. First, I have a Bachelors degree in Literature. I've read a lot of war and post-war literature, so I'm well aware of the genre. I also have a deep seated interest in the politics of war and the post-war impacts upon society in general and personal human history as well, along with all the accompanying psychological impacts like PTSD. I also have a lot of experience writing both fiction and non-fiction, and a lot of my articles and short stories have been published in reputed journals and magazines. I've also worked at Publishing Houses like Penguin Random House, and as such I have a keen insight into the Publishing industry and their unique demands from books (I worked in the commissioning department.) Finally, I also have experience working as a Human Interest Journalist, and a part of my job included interviewing people and then translating that into an engaging story. As such I believe I ideally fit all the necessities for your work. I am also willing to put in any amount of research work necessary for the task, whether that includes reading books, going through interview tapes, whatever.
