Develop a simple Tinder-like game (Web-based game)

We like someone who can develop a Tinder-like game that can be hosted on our website (This is not an App game, but web-based game). 1) The game should work like this: - People are presented with a character from popular TV shows (picture with a simple description just like Tinder) - People swipe (or click on desktop) the character to approve/disapprove - After 10 choices, they are sent to a new page suggesting the TV show 2) Examples - [login to view URL] - http://www.zimbio.com/quiz/hpbWxCCmzMR/Game+Thrones+Character ---> Instead of "Quiz" we like to present "Profile of popular TV characters" 3) Please keep in mind - Using the same logic, we like to continue modifying the images/text of the game. - We like to host this game to our website.
