Hello,
I'm a translator and interpreter rather than a teacher but I also do some French conversation lessons. I work regularly with French professionals, accountants, lawyers, barristers and company directors so I'm familiar with the formal language and etiquette required in business situations. I'm a native English speaker but have less of an accent than most people - I'm often 'accused' of being Belgian because people think I'm a native French speaker but not native to France.
The price I'm quoting is MUCH higher than your budget because of exchange rates, fees, social charges, travel and estimated accommodation expenses. It would leave me with something around the minimum wage here in France, so I'm afraid it's not feasible to bid anything less. I've based it on 4 hours/day for 8 days, so could reduce it slightly depending on the actual hours. 4 hours at a time is a lot to take in anyway, so we would probably have to do shorter hours or two separate periods per day.
Please let me know if you would like to discuss this further. I understand if not, in which case best of luck with your search and enjoy your time in Aix-en-Provence.
Kind regards
Heather T, in Dordogne.
