Custom Homes - Flash Application

This project is Flash based, but needs the information to be stored in a database or in a dynamic XML document so users can retrieve session info at a later time. The end user would select options from drop down menus and then the application would build a visual photo (perhaps a 3d model?) for them to view. For example: I want the users to be able to change the siding option from the menu and the siding in the dynamic image would change as well. This project is urgent. I would like portfolios and perhaps resumes. PM me your solutions. I'm looking for ONLY THE BEST Flash designers/developers. This project WILL lead to other projects if the person selected is phenomenal and can demonstrate skills and efficiencies.
