Develop Video chat using Flex/AS3/red5

We are looking to build Video Chat Service using Flex, AS3 and red5.

The Video chat will be available to Registered, Verified, and to currently logged in users only. User should have the option to accept or reject the video chat invitation. If an User is already having a Video chat with other user, the new user should not be able to send invitation and should show the busy status. The red5 server will run on Linux CentOs V5.5.

It should have full video, audio, and text chat support. The Video Chat client side should be all done in flash and should not require any software download/install other than flash.

The user should be able to video chat on IE, Firefox, and Safari browsers, and on any PC or MAC.

We should be able to customize it further for our future needs. You should provide installation and customization intructions.

If you have a better suggestion to use different language/server rather than flex/AS3/red5, you can mention that in your bid with some justification.
