Create Flash Website using Template

I want to create an informational website about my company using a Flash Template I have chosen. The template is: [login to view URL] I need to be able to edit the text & photos at my leisure. I need you to implement the new logo, setup the site, upload the photos I've given, and provide graphic design work for the site. Since I have picked out the template, this shouldn't take you too long. You won't finish it on the first try, so please allow time for me to edit or make changes to your work. I may need some additional photoshop work to be done, photo editing, implementing a PayPal checkout feature, various scripts, etc. PLEASE remember this when bidding. Payment won't be released until I Say the site is 100% finished. Please DO NOT bid if you can't agree to these terms. I am an American Advertising company and this is my 9th project on Freelancer with 100% feedback. Please Please let me know if your bid is WITH or WITHOUT the template cost.
