Adult Video "Tube" Type Site

Hi, I need someone or a group that can help me with a Adult video site that I am trying to create. I would like it to be the same format as some 'tube' sites but unique design that would allow my users to upload their videos onto the site. I need the site built for me as well as the logo designed.I would like the set up to be the same as well as a smooth interface for the videos.
