animation 2d 4-5min

I need a 2d animation movie on a zoo. Introduction about the zoo in the beginning. animals conversation. Animals views on human beings. Flash back of a character. I don't have a story board or any script I expect it from you because you can make one better with your experience. Make your own story about the zoo. It should have good quality, the duration should be around 4-5min and the voice over should be of good quality. I would need animation, script, story board, animatics. Maximum time 7 days. need the story board and script in 4 days.
