AS3 Flash Website w/ Deep Linking

We have the full design already done and will provide all PSD's and graphics. We will also be doing all the animation. What we need is, the basic frame work, layout, structure, developed in flash, using AS3. We will only need the hompage and ONE other page developed in flash. NOT THE WHOLE SITE. We will be doing the rest. We only need someone to start it. The website should be set up, so that each page is a movie clip or external SWF, that will load when a user clicks on the navigation. And fade out when they click to another page. I should also be able to edit the movie clip, so I can add the animation transitions. This website will also need DEEP LINKING. So that the user can click back and forward on the browser. We also need the text to be SEO friendly. Please see the following link. This is EXACTLY what we need. But with no animation. We just need the structure. We will be adding all animation and rollovers. Please make sure the website is easy to edit for another experienced flash developer.
