This is just part of a business model generation, I need an explanation in 2 or 3 pages of (BELL ALLIANT) which is one the biggest telecommunication companies in Canada, I need you to focus on two major factors: 1-Key cost structure. 2-Revenue streams. 3-value propositions (customers).. discuss that from facts in present time try to connect them together. And then the second step is to project from your own thinking if you were the owner what would you change in these factors in the next 5 years, and what would you keep . I bilieve the present evaluation should be in one page and the future (5 years) would also one. try to limit to 3 pages maximum for both. Please also accompany that with power point slides 2 or 3 slides to the max. Thanks
