Digital Pattern Making for Clothes

Hello, I run a small clothing line where we make our own patterns for dresses by physically cutting the patterns out of thick paper with scissors I am looking to find someone who can take a copy of my physical clothing patterns and digitize them using the latest pattern making software that will be compatible with my manufacturing company's requirements You must have experience in pattern making for clothes and be able to easily size the patterns for all sizes and be able to make adjustments if they are incorrect Thanks Tom
