We are in need of a part-time Office Assistants with the following requirements: - very good in spoken English and can understand Australian accent - background in Bookkeeping or Accounting is an advantage - knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), Skype, and TeamViewer - can take simple dictation (fast typer), simple web research and general administrative duties - HONEST and can work independently - fast internet connection - good headset for meetings - willing to work in Melbourne time Please provide your availability on Mondays to Sundays.

Hi, I've gone through this in detail & I am much interested in applying for this position. I'm good in English & have already worked with a couple of Australian clients. We can also talk through Skype to make sure u are happy with my accent. I'm a Mathematics post graduate & have some basic knowledge about accounting. I hope I'll be able to learn quickly. I'm really good in MS Office (except MS Access), Skype, & TeamViewer. I'm also very good in typing, web search & other admin duties. Honesty & attention to detail are my key strengths & received several appreciations from my clients. U can also look at my profile here (https://www.freelancer.com/u/SamriddhiPS.html) to have a look at the reviews. I'll also be able to handle things on my own without disturbing u much. I've three real good internet connections & have a separate place to work. There will not be any disturbance & I'll use a good headset as u mentioned. I'm just completing one full time project & will be able to take up 40 hrs of work a week (10am-5pm Melbourne time) including Saturdays. If required, I'll work on Sundays. I hope I've addressed all your questions. Please feel free to ask me any thing else you may have. I agree with AUD 3 per hr!
