I have an excel file .xlsx which has around 7 sheets. This has problems of empty spaces in the ledger pages.
,I have a cashbook, ledger pages, trial balance system purely done in Excel. In this, only cashbook has to be updated manually and the rest gets updated automatically with correct formula. But some ledger pages have spaces in them between entries which flow from cashbook with correct formula. I need someone to write a vba code or something similar to avoid having spaces WITHOUT making major changes to the program. i have uploaded a doc file illustrating all the SHEETS.. i want a userform at cashbook from which data will be entered to cashbook and from which auto updation happens to other ledgers and trial balance. so the userform will have a dropdown menu to select between ledger pages( sales,rent or expenses,......). you will write vba code for these tasks. and moreover, the trial balanve should remain balanced. please look at the screen shot and communicate with me.
