PROJECT SPECIFICS: * We are looking for someone to populate the details of key people who work at a big list of schools * We know who you need to look for and have a process ready to go (which is able to be modified to suit your own workflows) * We need someone who can understand the why behind this project, perform the process, adjust the process and deliver quick results WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?: * Our mission is to improve education, but to do that, we need more schools to be made aware of our resource KEY SKILLS: * Excel / Google Sheets * Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written * Professional phone manner * Ability to think on your feet to improve our process There are two parts: 1. Personnel data sourcing and entry, and 2. Organisation data sourcing and entry. 1. We need some key details about a school - e.g. number of students, type of technology used in the school, etc. 2. We need the name, title and contact details of key contacts within a list of schools located in NSW. Note: we have a list of schools for the person to focus on. To get this data, it will be a mix of website scouring and phone calls to the main receptionist for schools with not much information on their websites.
