I possess four years of experience as a virtual assistant and enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day. As a freelance virtual assistant, I currently provide a number of services for my clients including document preparation maintaining files (word and excel), record keeping and so much more. I am fluent in the English language, I have an extensive experience when it comes to administrative tasks, I have excellent data entry experience, social media management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram), experience in audio and video transcription, great customer service skills and have a professionally updated office at home comprised of scanner, printer, and computer to carry out all necessary office tasks and responsibilities. I work fast, can handle many different projects at once, and my knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned. I welcome challenges as well. As a detail oriented and organized professional I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I am very good at excel tasks, I can type 60 words per minute and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
