Create a custom excel sheet for project management

Your job is to create a robust and efficient excel sheet to help with my project management.
You will need to know how to create:
1. Sheets that link and interact together
2. Dropdown boxes for cells
3. Dynamic text box linking to cells (that allows me to edit cell contents WITHIN the TEXTBOX. You click on the cell, it shows the contents in the textbox and allows editing)
You may need to know VBScript to create this excel spreadsheet.
