create a way to add portions of text file or outlook emails into excel database

This was my very first project in freelancer when I started it out here. After that I have done these projects many number of times :) 20+ of VBA Experience. Hi, I would like to work with .txt files and I can make a .NET application by which you can choose which files/emails whose header you want to strip and then the application would process the files and make an excel database for you. If you can share couple of hundreds of these .txt files, I will share the sample of the excel database with you. If you are satisfied with the sample, you can award the project to me.

I have completed many project in Excel. I can strip the headers (Source, Instrument, Resolution, Price & Message) from the data and provide a new database in Excel. Whether the data is in .txt or .xls does not matter. Please give a sample output, the entire file will be created as per the sample.
