I have several large excel spreadsheets that have data going back 10 years for a 64 site caravan park in Brisbane Australia. The data has each site's details with names and charges for each week for the last 10 years. There is another page in the same spreadsheet that has all the payments made. For the last year a new payment system was introduced that used an external finance collection service. Payment files for rent and electricity are received every couple of days and these are copied and pasted into another spreadsheet. There data that connects all this data is the site number. What I would like is pivot table style report that combines all this data and filters on site number and occupier name.
