Hey, I reviewed the spreadsheet you shared and kind of understand what you are looking for. This seems to be the output of an access control system from which you need to do some analytics and give person level metrics. I think the best way to do this is to write some macros that will take this file as an input, analyze the complete data and present the results on say a 'report' sheet. I can certainly write such a macro. I do have a few questions like for example, I noticed that all the time stamps show only "Out" while "In" is blank throughout the spreadsheet. So, how do we calculate the duration? If you could answer these questions based on your current manual process, I would be able to automate it for you. Once automated, this process could be as simple as clicking a button and getting the results. Does this sound exciting? Do let me know. I guess we can use VBA programming to achieve the task. 1-average arrival time in the morning The time card are of different dates and of different employees, do you want average arrival time by employee or complete average time of all employees. 2- Will the format of excel sheet remain the same ?
