Develop a Stand Alone or MS Office Multi-Level SWOT analysis

Project is to build either a stand-alone program, or Microsoft Office compatible application that will integrate a standard SWOT analysis (4 elements- Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, and Threat) individually for each possible category and sub level category, and to be able to generate clean output reports (Including our company contact info and logo that is LOCKED and not removable on each page of the output- only editable by us) of both complete summary, category Summary, and level definitive as needed for inclusion on any level of hierarchy category. The master topic will have 6 sub categories, with each of them having a maximum of 8 sub levels each, and each of those sub-levels a maximum of 10 micro categories in an expandable and collapsible hierarchal tree (File attached of current tree). Upon entry at any level, for each section of the SWOT box, there needs to be a drop down menu of choices, which will continue to update and populate with each entry made by us (Building an automated library of choices over time). Each choice shall be categorized 2 ways upon entry of a “NEW” choice. There will be a user assigned priority of 1 to 10 of priority (1 being top), and an automatic assignment of an identifier or link to place it within one of the 6 sub category topics. (Drop down selection choices can either be alphabetic or by priority code as selected by user). The drop down menu of choices shall also include access choices to cross over to another category and the ability to easily copy choices and add them within a new primary subcategory (Copy and paste perhaps).
