Do some Excel Work

I have a reporting spreadsheet we use for monthly client reporting. It works by entering the monthly data on to a data worksheet and filters the information back to the corresponding monthly worksheet using HLOOKUPs. The spreadsheets work well, although I would like it to be cleaner and easier for the Excel illiterate to enter the infomation. There is lots of data that could have improved reporting through graphs on each monthly worksheet. Attached are two documents one explaining where the information on the data sheets and on the monthly sheets are entered and the second the actual spreadsheet. Items to improve. 1. Look and feel - Improve the overall Design look of the monthly worksheets 2. Enable all information currently entered into the monthly worksheets to be entered through a data sheet (Doesn't necessarily need to be the existing). 3. Create Monthly Graphs automatically based on the data entry on: Candidate Sourcing Time to Fill Active Roles Time to Fill (last 65 roles) Monthly Fees YTD Fees Diversity Hiring Manager Feedback Any other graph already existing 4. Entry of data made simpler and clear 5. Year to date calculations continue and be automated 6. Enable the sheet to be reset on a yearly basis 7. Enable the year range of months to start as desired eg. September, or January, Or June etc Some information. Columns V - AH hidden but contain information for date ranges in drop down at K1 The dates n these look old but are kept the same in row 1 on the data worksheet There maybe other irrelevant information in the List worksheet. It doesn't need to be kept. The example attached is full of data - the final needs to be clear.
