Create programme or macro to combine multiple excel sheets into one

Hi Freelancers, I require either a excel macro or a executable to combine the data from unto 6 different databases. The individual databases are all stored in an excel spread sheet. Each database contains the same columns, there are approximately ten columns in each. There can be many rows of data (up to 30,000) in each individual database. I will provide examples of each database to the awarded freelancer. The individual databases are all contained within the same folder. Once the databases have been combined into a single database, the database should be checked for duplicates and these duplicates removed. The database then needs to be converted to a CSV file. After conversion the database needs to be uploaded to a server using FTP. The macro/programme will be run automatically using windows scheduler. I know all of this can be achieved using an excel macro, however if you are more comfortable writing an .exe that is fine. If a .exe is used there will need to be a way to point the programme to the source of the individual databases as more databases may be added in the future. Thanks.
