I don't think you can prepare output similar to finite element post processing just having displacements and stresses. You should provide more data. Then it would not be a very complicated task.

Hi, I'm interested in Your project and I would like to work on it. I'm currently in my last year of Masters' degree studies in Mechanical engineering. I have worked with finite element calculations and with Matlab. However my experience is mostly from my studies and is somewhat different from "real world" application. Also I'm new freelancer. Therefore I'm bidding lower that other applicants, and I would devote a lot of time and effort to this work. From this project I want to get experience and (hopefully) positive review. I am a TA and MSc student. I teach matlab and how to use it to do different sorts of plotting and my work in my thesis is using Abaqus so I know and use finite element analysis.
