Looking for an experienced CAM programmer proficient in Autodesk Fusion 360 for some contract and consulting work on an hourly basis. Will require you program CAM and design soft jaws and fixtures for production. Recommend tooling and setup tool libraries. Skils required: -Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 -Experience with programming CAM toolpaths, using correct feeds and speeds -Ability to design fixtures and soft jaws for fixturing parts. -Experience machining aluminum and selecting proper cutting tools -Experience calculating proper speeds and feeds, to balance tool life with surface finish -Knowledge of a wide variety of workholding options and practices Preferable but not necessary: -Experience operating HAAS three axis CNC machines with the Next Gen control system
