creating an iphone app

Is someone willing to create an Iphone application (compatible with ipad and ipod) with a cookery book I have done? The book exists already on the web. The files are on PDF with pictures. There is a glossary and the table of content. This book is in French. I have a second one ready in English, a diet recipes book. Some pictures need to be done but the texts are done and checked. I need a coder who really knows this sort of job, I want a good workable and beautiful product. I will select someone with a proven knowledge at Vworker.
