Convert MS Word Document into MS Excel

I have attached an MS Excel and MS Word document. You will see that the first page of the Excel documents feeds data into the Word document using the 'links' function. However I don't want to do this any longer using Word. I would like you to take the content in the Word file and create it in the Excel file. However, it must look exactly the same as the Word file. I will then be able to print out (and export to PDF) the new pages in Excel and give to my customers. You will see the first page in Excel there are yellow boxes. These are where I enter data and it feeds through to the Excel>Word links. Can you please quote to convert the Word content into the Excel document. Once you have done this, I will have other functions I would like to add, so I would prefer it if you are an Excel expert.
