Bulk Backlinks Checker Script/Tool

I need a bulk google backlinks checker tool to check 500k+ domains each day. I just need to know how many backlinks in google does each domain has, that's all. A desktop multithreading tool with proxy support would work best. Or if you already have one in your linux server, as in a php script, I would like to buy it, but on one condition that you host the script. Requirement: I must be 100% satisfied.
