Hello, I am a mechanical engineer with a lot of experience in this field 20 years and up. I want to advise the stages through which we must pass to produce. 1. 3D modeling and assembly. Very, very important at this stage to choose the right software for 3D modeling. You should choose software engineering as SolidWorks. This ensures no problems bringing the project to fruition. Should not only be modeled , but also to implement the necessary engineering solutions for the assembly of the product. The final result of this stage is assembled 3D ones place with the full disposal of electronics and mechanics. 2 . Creation of engineering drawings of all the details. 3 . Preparing assignments for different specialties, casting plastic, aluminum, etc. 4 . Construction projects molds, depending on the number and type thereof. 5 . Development PCB . 6 . Locating manufacturer and production tooling. 7 . Locating manufacturer and produce the product. These are different stages and a lot of work. Recommend be done separately. SolidWorks work with since its inception. My favorite work is the fourth stage. If you choose to talk further. Line is only the first stage now takes place bid on it. Hello! Only so you could understand what I do, and what I could do for the project. I´m a product designer at WeProductise, in Portugal. In this company I design, and I´m responsible for the control of the prodution of all the product´s. We are just starting to work in some brands, but we already work with company´s from the automotive prodution, were we do prototyping, and production of same part´s. This to say, I have some knowldage in injection molding, I could make the 3d model, and if needed I could help with protoyping, it could be an functional prototype, if needed, and production, I know a very well a company that makes injection molding, in Portugal, they make the mold for the machine and production. the price and time could be ajusted, I already did a crowdfounding process, and I know that time is money batter it´s better to take more 5 days, I have a great view of the final product, so people could trust us waiting for you contact, Best Regards Patrick Sousa
