Simple task to design the manufacturing process for injection molding the part . A suitable polymer was chosen in the report. You are required to calculate the molding machine selection. All dimension and details were given. choose an appropriate injection molding machine to buy – report model # and specifications. Make sure it meets the plasticating rate (determine the screw speeds that you would use), injection pressures and clamping force needed. calculation is needed. Be sure to show all details but be concise to-the-point. You can show related additional information in an appendix
