I am a registered architect with more than 10 years of professional experience gleaned from projects in the United States (New York/ New Jersey), the US Navy in Diego Garcia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. With my experience, I can hit the ground running. I use AutoCad, MS Project (for project scheduling, monitoring and control), Excel (for takeoffs), and software capable of establishing lengths, perimeter, area and volume from PDF files. I communicate via email, Skype and cellphone. Let us discuss extent of participation so that we can establish realistic fee arrangements.
