Hi, We can do current monitoring and activation of Relay is below 2 methods 1)Use a Micro controller (<50Rs) and we can use ADC to measure the current and activate the relay. Pros:Adjustable values, more features shall be added. e.g, You need add a delay in Relay operation.. Thats possible ! Cons:Need programming(I will support) 2)Use Op-amp and transistor to do this function Pros: Simple, Low cost Cons: Not flexible. Fixed function for ever. I m from Bangalore/India.
