1)Need to have previous experience with Arduino development 2)Need to embed RFID,sd card,ethernet module. 3)User places the device on rfid tags and device should register datetime when its tagged and store in sd card or any other possibilities which you can suggest. 3)If user wants to transfer it to server then this device should be connected to ethenet and push it via REST API provided. 4)This should be run on recharagble battery which should work atleast with battery power upto 3 days if used continuously. 4)You need to have this modules ready with u in hand and modules cost will be not paid. 5)you need to guide/document embedded system and train the code and how to embed respectively to us .THis is very important and if there are any problems you should be availabe for quick support. 6)If the job is done well ,it may lead into future long term as we have other projects lined up. 7)You need to also guide us with encloser while doing manufacturing . 8)Remember you need to guide us with module purchases also as we need same set of device with us and we will embed from our side under your guidance. Dear Sir, I think I have the skill for this project because I have a load of experience with Arduino development and as well on Arduino C development for better performance. I was involved in Arduino based Sightless glasses project and I have experience of SD Card with Arduino because I made a Datalogger for rocket Tracking. I have already used RFID with Arduino to clone my dining hall school card ;) I used before Ethernet module for pentesting and make a simple connected controller.
