I require a small program to be written along with a components list and electronic schematic. I need a Arduino uno that is connected to a seven segment counter, 3 digits, that can count down everytime a electrical signal is received from a different 5v source. I also want it to then out put a timed pules to a optocoupler. Why the counter is not zero I want another pin set up with a constant voltage on it. I want a RFTAG reader set up to reset the counter back to its starting number and also a pin input that can do this from an external voltage too. There is not too much to this project. Nice easy and quick.
