Hi. I have an IPC CID+ certification and have many years experience (40 years) in laying out PCBs, from analog, power electronics, high speed digital to RF work. I am employed at Denel Dynamics as a Specialist PCB Designer and do extra work in my spare time. I am prepared to do your PCB layout for you. At present I use Altium to do all my layout work. All footprints are done in accordance with IPC-7351. The layout will be in accordance with IPC class 3.
