Daylight activated solar LED with Motion sensor alarm

I need a schematic and design detailing parts needed to create a electronic component. I need a daylight activated LED light that will shine about as bright as an LED flash light. The light will be activated at night fall via a light sensor. The battery should be re-charged by solar panel if possible. I also want a motion sensor integrated to set off an alarm if the the unit is moved. This will be used outside in cold and warm temperatures and must hold up to the elements.
