Break down pdf page of articles into separate files for each

I have about 150 pdf files each one contains about 8-15 articles, almost all with photographs. The articles are engagement, wedding and anniversary announcements. Each pdf file needs to be broken down into .jpg files, one file per article. An example is attached. The file [login to view URL] The numbers in the filename are the date. There are 22 articles in this pdf Each one needs to be named a specific way, (the mans) surname first name and (womans) first name surname (then) wedding or enagement or anniversary news (then the date) 02_21_2010, with spaces replaced by _ and all in lower case. like; [login to view URL] the photo also needs to be copied into its own file, with just the names and the year like [login to view URL] So this one pdf file would be broken down into 22 article files plus 23 photo files (anniversaries usually have 2 photos) Limited budget at about $75 for 150 pdf Half the work needs to be completed within 10 days, the remaining half 2 weeks after. No resizing should be required, just a lot of cut and paste. Dont care what, if any, automated tools you use, just as long as the quality isnt changed. (I use nitro pdf to extract the photo only images then just rename the extracted photos) Payment only thru here. Thank you.
