Automatic Transfer System

I am wanting a Automatic Transfer System for Joomleague 1.5 and Jooma 1.5. Basically on my site we have people who manager a Football Team and play games with them via Xbox 360 FIFA 12. Managers can do trades to trade there players between other managers to improve there squad. I need you to make that transcation automatic so it updates there squad roster, Club Budget according to the detail entered. Also i need the transcation to be confirmed but the other manager first and then finally an Admin before being updated.
