I have Canon EOS 650D/REBEL T4I camera. I need to connect it to camera, and control it using application we are going to build - decide when to capture an image. 2 Options - 1) Write the application in Delphi and transfer me the source. 2) Write the application in ANY LANGUAGE, but allow my application to control it and decide when to shoot the image. The applications can talk in different ways - we will decide together how they will. I prefer Delphi source. I need someone that know cano API, and know how to do it fast.

Have no experience in Cano API. Given the low level API's I have worked with, I would take the project. We probably have to collaborate much since I don't have the camera in my side for testing. Please discuss with me before awarding the project. Option 1 is chosen.
