I am looking for someone to build a database that houses employee data, files, etc. and also has a time, attendance & scheduling element built in. Here is an overview of the top level needs:
1. Able to set up multiple client employers with separate logins to manage.
2. Ability for multi-users
3. Tabs designating various employee data and records
4. Employee portal
5. Manager portal
6. Admin portal
7. Access levels that can be assigned to view, edit, enter, etc. fields (e.g., Admin, Payroll, Recruiter, Manager, Employee, etc.)
8. Ability to upload, retain and view employee documents
9. Web based; ability to store data in cloud
10. Time clock with different clock in and out buttons (e.g., Shift, Meal Period, Break, etc.)
11. Time clock data feeds to time sheet based upon defined period of time; timesheet can be viewed by employee (in employee portal), by location, department, etc. (fields established in the system).
12. Scheduling component with ability to build schedule templates to be able to use for scheduling.
13. Ability for employees to view schedules.
14. Ability for employees to request time off and managers to approve/disapprove.
15. Ability to run preset and customized reports and view onscreen or download as PDF, Excel or CSV.
16. Ability to perform electronic onboarding of employees
17. Ability to incorporate electronic signature documents
18. Ability to have an applicant tracking system built in with portal to have recruiting links point to an online application/data gathering area.
19. Ability to use the data to create an organizational chart
20. Ability to conduct searches (name, department, location, etc.)
I have attached a sheet of some general ideas and I will provide the specifics, fields, tabs, etc. upon awarding the project.
The objective is to have a very user-friendly, easy to use, system.
I have a budget for this project of $400 USD.
