Data Entry Task

Overview: We intend to run a mailshot to various industries within our local area and require an individual to copy and paste the names and addresses of local companies from an online database and enter them into an Excel spreadsheet. The full details are as follows: The online database is [login to view URL] which is free to access. Our local areas include: Cardiff, Newport, Bristol & Swansea. The industries that we want to collect data on are as follows: Accountants Accounting & Book Keeping Services Advertising (All sections) Business Centres Business Systems Business Enterprise Agencies Business Centres Business Transfer Agencies Computer (All Sections except Games) Copywriters exhibition (All sections) Marketing & Advertising Consultants Office Stationery Offices Rental Offices Serviced Personal computers Printers services Printing colour Printing stationery Telephone answering & messaging services To collect the data you will need to click on the following Link: [login to view URL] You then click on the first letter for the industry i.e. 'A' for Accountants, then click on the area i.e 'Accountants in Cardiff' You then simply copy and paste the text into the spreadsheet (see enclosed file). We don’t know how may records there are, but we would like you to provide a bid for 100 records, we will then multiply this bid by the amount of total records. i.e. If it turns out that there are 300 records in total we will multiply your initial bid by 3 (3*100=300) etc. So can you please provide a bid for 100 records only.
