Hey, Since you already have the RFM score in the data, my suggestion is to create the dashboard that would allow you to slice the data based on different criteria say for example based on geography (say region) or demographics etc. One important representation would be ranking of all customers within the chosen criteria other could be grouping based on score. Now, here an important aspect is to determine what would constitute your 'Gold' customers (555 for example). Since each criteria (R,F,M) is important we could create a mapping table of scores with category and based on that customer groups could be created.
