Access Database Scholarship Program

Working with an existing database table(s)we need to be able to take query the information from the database to match a specific (and sometimes mulitple) criteria. It is a scholarship awards program that will be designed to put in a student's marks and classes (this is already 100% complete) and from that list pull information to find the "winner" (or winners) of a specific scholarship - based on a given criteria (usually highest mark, highest average of a number of classes, highest marks in a "set" of specific classes and so on. The scholarship criteria would be set up in a separate table that we would provide. What is required is the interface to run the queries based on the criteria and generate a report. Finally, each individual student winning an award or scholarship would receive a letter stating the award (or awards) won - in a single letter. This project will be awarded only if the final budget is approved and funds will be made available. More details will be provided as necessary, please email me directly with any questions.
