I'm looking for someone who is efficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, is extremely familiar with Affiliate Programs and can handle replying to emails, managing teams and helping get things done.

So that means you'll need to sign up for an affiliate program, go through the process, look at the materials and then grab that information, then I'll revise it.
THEN we're going to hire a web designer to post it online, handle the web part.
THEN we need you to manage it.
