I need a database/spreadsheet created where the following data is tracked: (SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR FORMATTING SUGGESTIONS)
Client Number;
Client Name;
Date;
Task Completed;
Number of hours worked on task;
Total number of hours worked during the month for specific client (running total);
Total numbers of hours worked during the month for all clients running total);
Total number of hours worked during the year for specific client (running total); and
Total numbers of hours worked during the year for the specific client.
I then need to be able to print a report that looks something similar to the following:

When you enter the Client No., the Client Name should automatically (pre-fill). When you enter the Client Name, the Client Number should automatically pop up (pre-fill). The date should be searchable by Client No., Client Name or date.
Please let me know if you have any [login to view URL] task field needs to be able to contain a significant amount of text. The formatting does not have to be exactly as stated. This is just a suggestion.
