Craigslist/Kiji Posting Expert Wanted

We are looking for someone who is experienced in posting with Craigslist and Kiji.
Basically, we need two postings per week (one in the "wanted" section and one in the "jewelery" section) for each site (craigslist and kiji)per week for the top 20 cities in Canada for a total of 80 postings per week.
We need the Craigslist postings to have a "clickable" link in the ad. For Kiji, this is not necessary as they charge a fee to have a clickable link.
Winning bidder to be paid on a weekly basis. Titles and descriptions for the ads can be provided to the winning bidder.
