Very simple, straight forward project....
I need approximately 100 files containing a total of roughly 30,000 address records in total (name, address, phone email) put into a specific format. 24000 of it is copy and paste, but data needs to be parsed and sorted into proper format.
- - - Approx. 90 excel/pdf files, maybe 300 names per file to be pasted into excel and formatted. (estimated 24000 records) (some records contain spouses - Create separate record for spouse.)
- - - 3 pdf files with 50 pages per, roughly 30 records per page. Paste into excel and format. (estimated 4500 records) (ignore crossed out records)
- - - 1 pdf file with 37 pages, no copy and paste (image) needs data entry, addresses. (estimated 1800 records) (ignore crossed out records)
Final data format as follows: All files with addresses must be in same format upon completion: Column A, Last Name; Column B, First Name; Column C, Middle Name; Column D, street number; Column E, Street Name; Column F, Street Type; Column G, Unit Number; Column H, City; Column I, State; Column J, Zip; Column K, phone; Column L, email (if record is a spouse with no record of email or phone, leave blank).
- YOUR BID WILL BE YOUR PRICE FOR ALL COMPLETED FILES
- You will resend the completed documents back to me via email
- Will need a non disclosure agreement upon being chosen as provider
- You MUST be able to meet benchmarks and return some of the data each day with deadlines. First batch of data is needed within 24 hours of project starting. Once first data is returned, will send more and so on.
- You MUST be able to complete all within 5 days
Will send files as .zip when provider is chosen.
- Your bid price will be your posted bid price in Freelancer. A bid price by any other method will not be honored.
- Task must be 100% completed per our agreed schedule
- Payment will be made after benchmarks and all files are completed.
- Payment through Freelancer with an Escrow account. Funds will be released after checking for data entry quality.
- Please consider the following, when applying for this project. We may cancel or terminate the project if the chosen provider is:
1) Ignoring and not responding to our emails within 24 hours
2) Not delivering the Project on time
3) Not providing very high quality
4) Requesting an increase in agreed upon rate
