I have sales reports for three years that I have exported into excel from my account keeping software. I need someone to go through and calculate my 12 month attrition rate (churn rate) for customers who purchased from us in financial years 2008/09 and 2009/10.

I need this for the business as a whole and for two individual sales peoples who have stayed with us for the last 3 years.

I have attached a report from 1 years sales so you can see how it appears once exported to excel.
